Apple MacBook Warranty Policy
Coverage Period:
This warranty policy is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Coverage Details:
Hardware Components:
- All essential hardware components, including but not limited to the motherboard, CPU fan, webcam, display, touchbar, touchpad & keyboard, are covered under this warranty.
Defective Parts Replacement:
- If any covered hardware component is found to be defective during the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent or compatible part.
Battery & AC Adapter Coverage:
- Battery and AC Adapter are covered with 14-Day warranty in order to ensure their functionality. During the warranty period, If the battery or AC adapter fails, a replacement will be provided at 30% discounted price from its original value.
Labor and Service:
- All labor and service costs associated with diagnosing and replacing defective components are covered under this warranty. This includes the cost of technicians' time and expertise.
Software:
- The warranty does not cover the functionality of the operating system pre-installed. If any software-related issues arise during the warranty period, reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve them.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents that do not affect the functionality of the notebook, is not covered.
- Any third-party peripherals or accessories are not covered by this warranty.
Claim Process:
Contacting Support:
- In the event of an issue, the customer should contact our customer support team via the provided channels, describing the problem in detail.
Troubleshooting:
- The customer support team may guide the customer through basic troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the issue.
Return Authorization:
- If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, and it is determined to be a covered warranty claim, a return authorization will be provided.
Return and Repair:
- The customer is responsible for safely packaging and returning the notebook to the designated service center. Once received, our technicians will promptly diagnose and repair the issue.
Replacement Parts:
- If replacement parts are needed, they will be provided, and the refurbished notebook will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the refurbished notebook.
- Any unauthorized attempts to repair or modify the notebook will void the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover data loss. It is the customer's responsibility to back up their data regularly.
- The warranty is valid only for defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear.

Computers Grading System:
- Brand New Sealed: Device has never been used and comes in original sealed factory salespack and covered with manufacturer warranty
- New Open Box: Device is new and could have been used as a demo unit, comes with original open-box
- Grade A+: Device is in like-new condition boxed in 3rd Party Box
- Grade A: Device is in a very good condition with minimal wear and tear boxed in 3rd Party Box
- Grade A-: Device is in mint condition with minor visible wear and tear
- Grade B: Device is in a good working condition with medium visible wear and tear
- Grade C: Device is in a good working condition but can have a visible dent, crack or missing part
